1. Are you able to log onto your netbank with BankID?
When you log into e-Boks, you need BankID. First, try logging onto your netbank. If you cannot log onto netbank, you must contact your bank to have BankID issued.
2. Make sure that you have the newest software.
If you have problems logging in with BankID, it may be due to problems with the software that your computer uses to log you in. This problem can often be solved by installing the newest version of necessary software.
3. Contact e-Boks or your bank if the problem continues
If you do not have BankID or have forgotten your password, you must contact your bank. If you have questions about e-Boks, you can contact user support for e-Boks.
