How companies use e-Boks

Danske Bank was one of the first banks in the world to tackle comprehensive digitalisation of documents. Collaboration with e-Boks is now a well-consolidated, strategic partnership constantly developing in line with the needs of customers and the business.

ISS’ payroll department in Denmark regularly sends letters to company employees individually and en masse. But sending them by post had become neither sustainable nor modern.

The Norwegian Nurses Organisation (NSF) has made significant progress in digitising its communications to it's 108.000 members.

Coop Danmark is the first company in Scandinavia to digitise the handling of employment agreements and other HR documents via e-Boks.

PensionDanmark saves DKK 6-7 million per year by reducing the number of letters and forms. The pension company now communicates digitally with its 618,000 members.

PenSam Forsikring has also started to use e-Boks Signing to obtain consent in personal injury cases, reducing processing time significantly compared to when the documents had to be sent by post.

The Danish Confederation of Employers uses e-Boks for secure two-way communication between its member companies and employees.

In just six weeks, after the fund offered members the option of receiving pension statements via e-Boks, LD received 200,000 registrations for e-Boks.

KLP, Norway’s largest life insurance company, has made significant progress in digitising its customer communications.

In 2019 e-Boks signed a three-year partnership deal to deliver e-Boks solutions to Nordea in the Nordic region.

Each year DAB processes 6,000-7,000 new leases. The prospect of saved postage and easier internal procedures has meant that the housing management association now uses digital signatures.
